Irish shipping rates

Shipping of all items to any location in Ireland is with An Post. Shipping of small items -a letter size is free. The cost of shipping all other parcels is €6 with no limitation on size and weight. Delivery times 1-3 days from the date of the order dispatch. For the dispatch times see descriptions of individual items.

European and International Shipping rates

International shipping is provided by An Post. with tracking number. The shipping cost is be calculated based on weight at the checkout. Shipping times: Europe 5-10 days form the date of the order dispatch. International 14-21 days from the date of order dispatch. Please note these time scales are approximate and subject to An Post and local carriers and therefore cannot be guaranteed. For dispatch times see descriptions of each individual items.

Taxes and Custom Charges

All custom and tax charges applicable to any packages shipped outside of the EU including import Vat are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

30 Days to Return

I can accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you change your mind and want to return the item please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will provide an address to post your item back.

Exchanges or Cancellations

I’m not able to accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order

Conditions of returns

• The following items cannot be returned: personalised items, items on sale

• The items must be returned in it’s original conditions. If the items is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

• The buyers are responsible for return postage cost
