Can I personalise my order?
Yes! All items can be personalised by hand stamping for free with personalisation up to 12 characters including spaces. Simply thick the box at the checkout for each item to add your text. Text hight is 5.5 mm .

Do you take custom order?
Yes! Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to see if we can help and discuss in detail. Please note we can make custom orders with vegetable tanned leather.
Do you provide leather repair service?
Yes, we can repair leather, but only items made from vegetable tanned leather -which the type of leather we are using. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll see if we can help.

Leather care.
How should I care for my bag/leather item?
The leather is a natural material and slight variations in colour and texture are common and natural occurrence. This doesn’t affect the quality of the product.
The vegetable tanned leather we are using is naturally fairly water and stain resistant, however it might be prone to scuffs. Please be careful not push on the leather with long nails and any sharp objects. Small scuffs and scratches can be buffed away with a soft cloth and a good quality leather cream.
Please note that gold buttons and buckles are made from solid brass. It is a natural property of solid brass to darken over time. If this occurs ,the hardware can be cleaned using brass cleaning product and polished off to shine. Please protect/cover the leather parts before doing so.
The vegetable tanned leather darkens when it’s exposed to sunlight - this is a natural process called patina. Please store your bag in dust bag provided when you’re not using it.
